Simon is a passionate communicator and networker with over 20 years of experience in technology management and consultancy. Before co-founding eCreation, he spent six years at Alcatel-Lucent, where he delivered multiple IPTV deployments and managed multimedia product lines. Throughout his career, Simon has worked with leading companies like Virgin Media, and BSkyB, where he led technical projects and developed innovative solutions across the video and interactive TV space.
James Rayner brings a wealth of experience in delivering high-quality software solutions, ranging from embedded systems to large-scale cloud infrastructure. Prior to co-founding eCreation, James spent five years as Principal Architect at NAGRA, where he co-designed the OpenTV 4 middleware and the award-winning NAGRA Media Service Delivery Platform. Throughout his career, he has contributed his expertise to major companies such as Sky, Three, HP, and Alcatel-Lucent, consistently driving innovation and excellence in software architecture and development.
Stephen Shalliker has unparalleled experience in video technology, beginning his career in 1995 working on hotel video systems at Yes Television and Quadriga. He later transitioned into IPTV with Alcatel, and has since delivered technical deployments at companies like Nokia, TV2U, and Freesat. With broad technical expertise across video solution (including Headend, CDN, Origin, DRM, SDP, client, and analytics technologies), Stephen now leads product management and technical pre-sales. His innovative approach to solving customer challenges and overseeing strategic delivery of programs ensures successful outcomes for clients across the media tech industry.
Kathie is a dynamic and results-driven General Manger with over 20 years of UK experience in the creative industries. With a strong background in business administration, human resources and financial management, her empathetic approach to people and passion for organisation allows Kathie to be able to streamline the day-to-day operational activities, while enforcing the positive workplace culture to help drive business growth and operational excellence. Kathie works closely with the rest of the management team and employees to create an inclusive, supportive, and high-performing work environment.
Marek Pawłowski leads eCreation's operations in Poland, serving as both Programme Manager and Country Manager. With extensive experience in managing complex software delivery projects, Marek brings a wealth of expertise in driving large-scale initiatives for clients like BBC Studiosm,BT, UKTV Digital, U, Arqiva, Nokia, and THEOplayer. Previously, Marek served as the Head of Technology at Looper Insights, where he played a pivotal role in shaping technological strategies. At eCreation, Marek is responsible for establishing key processes and managing the successful delivery of projects from inception to deployment. His deep understanding of production environments and incident/problem management, along with his experience in root cause analysis (RCA) and production deployments, ensures efficient and high-quality project outcomes. With over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, Cyrile Cabrera is a seasoned Software Test Manager and is the Country Manager for eCreation in the Philippines. Her deep expertise spans quality assurance, business and systems analysis, application development, and support. Cyrile has been an integral part of the entire software development life cycle (SDLC), with a particular focus on testing and ensuring high-quality software delivery. Cyrile's comprehensive understanding of testing methodologies, combined with her leadership and technical skills, ensures that all projects under her management meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
